So since listening to Dr Rhonda Patrick (Video attached) what changes have you made?
Me personally, I instantly switched to circadian rhythm restricted eating. My last meal 7 pm and breakfast at 8 pm so 13 hours fast.
4 days in and I feel great, I’ll update soon as its early days
I also purchased 1kg of broccoli seeds and began sprouting, I have 200g nearly ready to add to my shakes. 50g a day with my regular shake is my aim, again I will update as I’ve not yet started the sprouts, tomorrow maybe
I have also been looking into high-intensity intermittent training deeper after listening to a Tim Ferris podcast, with Dr Martin Gibala, very interesting indeed.
So I’m off to Colorado in April for around 45 hours on the slopes snowboarding. The next 8 weeks I will be working 3 sessions a week to see what condition I can get into for what will be a gruelling week on the slopes
