Cadet Class Assistants

Posted by:

At the weekend we had the cadet class assistants in the academy for some tune ups.

WHY?

To create stand out students that will develop into stand out employees and maybe stand out employers

HOW?

So the cadet class assistant training aims to develop a can do attitude with organisational skills, taking the lead and picking up the slack when noticed, like a really good labourer on a building site. The tradesmen don’t ever have to ask for a mix or a stack of bricks, its always there, always ready.

Team Work

We have all worked alongside people who sherk their responsibilities, mostly we moan and complain about these people and rightly so. My own experience with these people is “well if you won’t do it i will” If you have a half decent boss they will notice.

Be that person and eventually invisible doors of opportunity open, that’s our aim with our students though the cadet assistants get these lessons and this mindset training in bucketloads with live experience to take the lead

PRICELESS

These skills and this attitude are priceless, developed at a young age sets you in good stead for the real world, there are plenty of people who will clock watch and get away with as little as possible. Don’t be that person, black belt mentality, black belt attitude.

WIN WIN WIN

Everything we do we aim for win win win outcomes, you assist with us when you show the certain skills, and we train you to stand out.

At the last gradings three of our older assistants, fourteen years old, blew me away. Not only did they stand out, they shone, i was taken aback by the confidence and delivery of information. The projection of the voice, the control of the class, not easy with 35 little vipers on the mats. Many many adults with years of experience struggle with those numbers, yet these girls were in their element, completely at ease and leading like professionals.

All down to consistent training and assisting and some great coaching, sorry ego crept in.

So there you go and now you know, we are always thinking of developing our students, we are always developing various skills beyond the obvious kick punch elbow.

Revolution Is Internal
